Custom Engraved Cornhole Boards

Cornhole is a backyard game. It deserves boards built to match the space it lives in.

These regulation-size boards are built from Baltic birch plywood tops on solid wood frames, finished with oil-based Varathane for durability outdoors. The playing surface is smooth, consistent, and ready for the laser. The engraving is where they become yours: a name, a logo, a place, a crest. Whatever makes sense for where these are going.

Material choices flex based on how the boards will be used. Tops are available in 3/4" or 1/2" Baltic birch depending on how heavy-duty you need them. Frames can be built from standard construction lumber or upgraded to a more attractive hardwood species if the aesthetic calls for it. The set shown here was built for an Airbnb property where guests would be using them regularly outdoors, so durability was the priority. For a backyard set that lives on a covered patio or gets used more casually, there's more room to lean into the look.

The engraving is laser-cut directly into the playing surface. Bring a logo, a name, a place, or an idea and we'll work out the design together.

Seen in the wild at Casa Montaña

I built this set for the owners of Casa Montaña, a private retreat in the El Dorado foothills near Placerville, CA. I've been there myself and can say without hesitation it's a beautiful place. The owners wanted something built for the property rather than pulled off a shelf, so the boards were engraved with the Casa Montaña mountain mark and built to stand up to regular outdoor use by guests. They're now a permanent fixture on the property's wooded acre, set up in the trees and ready for anyone staying there.

Pickup & Delivery

All custom and local pieces are available for pickup in Mountain View. Pickup days and times are scheduled directly with me, no late-night pickups.

Delivery is available within 25 miles of Mountain View for a fee, quoted when you reach out. I drive, I drop off, and I'll ask for a hand unloading anything that needs it. Delivery does not include installation or placement, and I'm not responsible for damage to the delivery space.
